How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders from the UK typically take no longer than a week to reach their destination. For the rest of the world, delivery is usually approximately 14 working days, but can be up to a month since customs are so unpredictable. Time frames are working days only, AFTER the average processing / packaging time of THREE WORKING DAYS (see next q). Please note that post doesn't travel on weekends, holidays, or bank holidays, but we ship every other day of the year :) In these COVID times, post may be delayed further.
Orders to locations such as South America or Indonesia can take up to 3 months to reach their destination and unfortunately, we do not recommend shipping here due to the high number of lost packages.
Where is my tracking number?
If you have added the TRACKED POSTAGE add-on to your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't purchased this add-on, your order is sent by standard post (to keep the cost cheap for you) and will not be tracked or have a tracking number. Tracked post is expensive, and I don't want to exclude anyone who can't afford that as standard.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days of being placed. At Christmas or holidays this time may extend a little. We no longer send shipping confirmation emails as they were causing confusion with our customers. If you'd like to know if your order has shipped or not, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and i'll assist.
Do you accept returns?
I can't exchange items, due to the size of my business (super small!) and my stock levels. If your item is damaged, then I will refund you in full once evidence of the damage has been received. Descriptions include shirt sizes etc, so please read before you order to avoid disappointment! If you received something that you didn't order in your package, or an incorrect item, let me know and contact me so we can work out a solution (either a refund, or a replacement).
Can I cancel my order?
If you make an order by mistake, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, your order will be en route to the post office or in the process of being packed, and can no longer be cancelled.
I wrote the wrong address at checkout. Help!
Please send your amended address via my contact form within 24 hours of placing your order. As stated above, your package will be prepared and sent after this time, so I can only accept changes within the 24 hour period.
I haven't received my order.
I'm super sorry if you haven't received your order! Please message me via my contact page or email@example.com and we will work together to sort out the missing items.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will come in a postage bag (these are plastic, but recyclable so please recycle them!), with some free stickers and a thank you card. If your order is for a special occasion / gift, please check out the ADD ON cards on my store.
All other packaging we use (shredded paper, cardboard boxes, labels) is also recyclable.
